Entry-Level Sales Representative – IT Engineering Services, Software Products & Payment Processing Systems

We are seeking a motivated, coachable Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base.
Position Summary This is an entry-level sales role ideal for someone who is ambitious, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career in technology sales. You will sell our portfolio of IT engineering services, software products, and payment processing solutions primarily to small and mid-sized businesses. Success in this role is measured by new customer acquisition, solution adoption, and ongoing residual revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals, and local market outreach.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points related to IT infrastructure, software systems, and payment processing.
- Present and demonstrate our IT engineering services, software products, and payment processing solutions in a clear, consultative manner.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and statements of work in collaboration with technical and operations teams.
- Close new sales of services and products while positioning recurring revenue opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through signed agreement and successful onboarding hand-off.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity, pipeline, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay current on our product and service offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Build long-term customer relationships that support residual (recurring) revenue streams.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience (prior B2B or technology sales experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging decision-makers
- Self-motivated, organized, and resilient with a positive, coachable attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience helpful)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred (local travel may be required)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
